  1. Up for grabs is my Xotic XP-1T.

I've owned this from new (bought from Bass Direct) for a number of years. For a while it was my go-to bass and has that lovely deep P thump but with the active circuit you can get pretty much any sound you want out of it.

It has come time to downsize my collection and this just isn't played as often as it should be for a bass this nice.

It comes with the original semi-rigid xotic case if collected.

Located in Chertsey, can deliver to central London or Woking area. I will post but ONLY in a hard case, delivery is extra.

    No Trades Please.

    New these go for over £2k - I'm looking for a measly £1500 £1400 £1300 £1200 used, but immaculate.

  2. I bought this bass from new about 3 years ago. It's had light use over the last couple of years in punk and rock bands but for the past year or so it's just been gathering dust and so has to be moved on.

ESP LTD Phoenix 4 string bass
    neckthru body construction
    EMG 35DC active pickups

Looking for £350 £300 £250 £200 for this lovely bass!

It is on the heavy side, so I wouldn't buy it if you have a bad back. It balances well for a bass of this shape.

Located in Chertsey but can deliver to central London or Woking area if required.

I am willing to ship, I have to box it was shipped to me in. Buyer pays shipping and insurance as it's only in a soft case.

Won't play without them. I have some nice custom molds from acs but my amp bag, guitar cases and car have multiple pairs of cheap disposable ones stashed in in case I forget or misplace my good ones.

This. Many times. I went for the -15db acs custom mould jobbies http://acscustom.com/uk/product/acs-pro-15/ (Boots audiologist can do the mould easily and cheaply enough).

I started with the 25s but they were too occlusive. So it's now loud enough, but no ringing in ears post-gig. It does take a while to attune to them, but it's worth it in the end.

  4. I can't remember how much it was: I was living in the USA at the time, and it came direct from Carvin - about ten years ago!

They don't hold their value well, which I've never really understood.

As for the F#, I had a 1x15 that seemed to do it justice. Most ERB have the low F# on there.
