1.
Surely band practice is the IDEAL place to practice your stage moves?
Me and my band tend to write at practices. We don't really have Stage moves
At a gig, you just do what you do don't ya??

2.
However i don't like to blend into the backgorund so i'l normally be spining jumping etc.
And you do this at band practice why may i ask??
Fair game at a show, but at practices?? come on!
Blend into the background at band practice?? its not asif theres gonna be alot of you is there?
If i was you i'd put more energy into writing at practice rather than dancing around like a lunatic :)

just my 2cents worth.

3.
Hi Jake, how's the 4x10 working out? It's 4 ohms, so you'll still get 500w out the Fafner, nearly had it.
The Berg is magnificent, totally shocked me. It goes so deep and it's so effin' loud. It's heavy, compared to the AccuGrooves, which were stupidly light but it's one cab and a pre, instead of two cabs, power amp, pre, loads of leads.
I don't have the volume on the cab turned up past 1/3 because books fell off the shelf and my acoustic started to play itself, it's evil.
The 410's really really god, its got everything i need volume and sound wise. I always preferred the 210 to my 212 and this is better than both, i must be a 10" speaker kinda guy! lol.
Real glad your amps sorted!

4. My EBS 212 in the for sale section here makes a great standalone cab and its 4ohms so you get the full wack from your amp. I use warwick basses with it and get a great growling sound so you should get the tone your after! I'm only selling due to the fact that i prefer my 410 more (even tough it weighs a ton :) )

I also have a 3U case that i can let go for free if you get my cab  Its one of these.

As for tuner, i use a boss tu-20, great tuner!

Strings wise, use whatever you normally use, or use some warwick red or black labels, great strings!
You could probably pick up a 2nd hand corvette for pretty cheap so try look for one of them!

5. The only reason i made this post is because atleast one in 3 things i go in on the forsale section, there's always someone complaining about one thing or another so i only though it might be a useful idea!

Please don't turn this in to a big debate :)

Sorry mate, never even saw that, maybe if it was in the Important topics section it would get some more views that where it is now. Just a thought!

Cheers Ped.

7. Well, seen as almost every other sale thread i go in with people complaining about the same things or getting asked the same things i though this might help some new people??

1. Not mandatory but very helpful if you go introduce your self in the introduction section if this is your first post/sale.
2. Give a clear description of what your selling.
3. Give a location in your first post, as people need to know where you are before they can consider buying.
4. Pictures are lot more helpful, one mans good condition is anthers great condition.
5. If SELLING, put a price in the first post, not PM for price?
6. If shipping do-able? if not, say so.

I think i've got most there?? :)

9. BUMP for some great cabs :) !

Need to clear this as i have some bills to pay!!

As i've said before, both make great standalone cabs!

The only reason i'm getting rid is because i don't need anymore than my 410.

The 210 has a great bass response and has handled my low B great when i've taken it alone with my fafner!

Thanks.

Jake
