  1. Having played for a couple of weeks at BIMM Summer School Bristol through an ampeg 2 pro and 8x10 cab, I've got serious GAS, but no money, for a valve amp. Thinking I might get the V4B at some stage and play it through my deep 115 and 4x10 Ashdown 8 ohm cabs. ... Or sell my Mag 300 and cabs and get an ampeg cab. I haven't done any gigging yet so it's just for doing UTUBE videos of songs I've learned. Got about 80 plus videos up now in the last couple of years playing :-)

Thing to do Kurt is to book a beginner lesson for him with Jon, drop him off with a bass and go to the bass bash :-D

  3. I've got a RAY 34CA but the G & L sounds different to me. I'm sure that you'll sell it but if not and you are interested please do let me know. I'm a Fender P Bass lover :-) check out Ed in this vid

  4. Yummy :-) just had a very quick detailed reply from Peter. About 1500 euro for a burgundy mist and maybe 1600 for a flower power plus shipping and case. You're right Rob, he gets his stuff from Allparts check out this body I'm interested in.

  5. I've had GAS for one for a while. I follow on FB. Fancy a 68 Tele Bass with covers and tugbar either in burgundy mist or, having seen an original on here, paisley wallpaper :-) how much do you think...about a grand? I'm awaiting a response from Peter.

Those are some wonderful looking basses you're offering, however that G&L I could never afford, wah! Yeah spotted a couple of Warwicks that I would love for the £500 mark, so that would be super, and a keeper. And as Karl says, this P bass is a monster, even puts some American made to shame.

The G & L is a Tribute, not the American so it's in the ball park if you are interested. It's impressed my bass teacher. It's too much for me and I've only used it for scale practice at home. Got my Warwick off thomann for about £550... A few guys in the know say it's superb :-)
