BDI21 all the way mate. I just got one from Amazon with a 9v adaptor for under £40 delivered.

Sounds great through my Fender Bassman 135 Head & 2x15 Cab.

This is a 1977-84 bass.

It was a custom build for tattoo.

Do a search for "tattoo fantasy island"

Even his practice amp looked like an Ampeg 8 by 10 while he was knocking out those low grooves

Sold on flea bay

Just got a set of strings from Mart, top guy to deal with & I would buy again from him.

If its his Bass can he not do what he wants regarding the price of it or is that against the Basschat rules?

If his price is below the true value could someone could buy it them make a fast profit.

If the poor chap has lost his job then he's going to need every penny its worth.

Lets help a fellow basschatter out rather than get something for less than its worth.

This is just my thoughts on it & I don't mean to cheese anyone off
