I am selling this unique bass, based on a 2012 Gibson SG Faded Bass (made in USA), modified by the french luthier Roger Daguet. 

I have made him change the original pickups by his own "Dagstar" pickups, a faithful handmade reproduction of the originals Hagstrom Bisonic pickups that Fred Hammon had already reproduced for the Darkstar pickups.

 The neck pickup is an humbucker and the bridge one is a single coil, resulting in differents sounds, that you can mix with the controls (two volume and a tone).

 The electronic has also been changed, with quality pots and wire. Finally, I asked Roger to make a bone nut instead of the original plastic one. I still have the original pickups, pots, wire and nut.

 Then the bass has been entirely set-up with new strings (D'addario nickel roundwound).

 The final result is outstanding, this is definitely not the same bass ! The sound of these pickups is incredible. I sell this one only because I have ordered a bass from Roger Daguet with the exact same pickups !

 The bass is in Paris, France, it comes with the original Gibson hard case, and I can ship it in Europe with tracking and insurance.

Hi, I have finally decided to sell my beloved Jazz Bass to fund another project. It is difficult because this bass is a great instrument. It has an original 1974 Fender neck with block pearl inlays and white binding, mounted on a Fender body (I don't know the date of the body - it is almost impossible to find) The body has been professionally refinished with nitrocellulose lacquer and slightly relic'ed to match with the natural aging of the neck. The electronics and pots are original Fender from 1971 according to the pots codes (304 71 16). The neck plate serial is 644XXX, so from 1975, but it is a 4 bolts plate so it may not be the original one (Fender change to 3-bolt neck plates on Jazz Bass in 1974). The pickups are from Hepcat, model Jazz Bass 1972. They sound awesome ! This bass is clearly a player, it is not a collector piece, but it is a joy to play, the neck is amazing (one of the best I had). The bass is in Paris, France, I can ship it to all Europe with tracking and full insurance. Hello ! Sadly I have to sell my beloved Jazz Bass from 1968. Everything on this one is original. The bass is Olympic White with matching headstock. The condition is near mint, simply amazing for a bass of this age. Comes with its original Fender hard case and the pickups covers. The sound of this bass is incredible, the best Jazz I owned. Hello from France, Sadly I have to let go this one, it is a Fender Custom Shop Pbass 1959 relic from 2004 according to the certificate of authenticity. The quality of this bass is incredible ! Just look at the amazing rosewood fretboard, the one piece quatersawn maple neck, the Sunburst nitrocellulose lacquer slightly relic'd ! Ordinary I am not a big fan of relic'd basses, but this one is very discrete, it's like the bass got a few years of playing, with tiny dings and marks. This bass is very light (7 lbs), the neck is straight and the action low. The strings are flatwounds from Thomastick, for that great vintage tone ! It comes with the original tweed hardcase, both pickups covers, and the Custom Shop goodies : leather strap, jack... I want £1700 including the shipping to your place with full insurance. Hello from France ! For sale this great Fender Mustang Bass, all original, and from 1969 according to the serial on the plate. It's in perfect shape, the Olympic White have become a bit yellow with the time, and there's just a few dings and marks, nothing unusual for a 43 years old instrument ! The rosewood fretboard is absolutely stunning, and the originals tuners with their oval shape are here too. This bass is very light (7 lbs), the neck straight and the action low, it is a dream to play with the short scale neck ! For the sound, it's kind of Precision Bass like, but with more deep lows and a touch of growl. The bass come without an hardcase, but with a gigbag. Hello ! I have decided to sell my Status Empathy 4 strings bass. It is a wonderful instrument, but sadly I don't have enough time to play it, so I prefer to sell it to someone who would ! This bass is in excellent condition, with just tiny marks, but nothing serious. The top is in Amazaque wood, the neck is in carbon fiber, the bass weight is 8.8 lbs. It is equipped with two "hyperactive" Status pickups, 18v active electronics, with master volume, pickups balance, 3 band EQ (bass/med/treble) with a parametric medium pot and a switch that can cut/flat/boost the chosen medium frequency. It is a modern sounding bass, but the quality of the EQ let you shape the sound to achieve very different tones. This bass is a dream to play, the neck is absolutely perfect and very fast. The quality of this instrument is absolutely stunning ! I want £1100 for it, including the shipping (with full insurance). No trades please.
