1. What a wonderful performance lots of emotion and that is what music is all about (and fun).

This is one of those songs that always makes me reflect on my life and what has gone before.

I can't understand why people are criticising it here (I do understand that not everyone likes it) let those who connect to it enjoy the moment without spoiling it for one reason or another. This song will be around a lot longer than any of us on here.

2. Think this is a set up for some free advertising? or do they video every customer who comes in to try the drums? Don't think it's a retake as they don't know her name.

I think it is someone old rather then a younger person dressed up as you can tell by the flab on the arms. reading the comments on the site a few think it's a man dressed up, either way, nice bit of drumming though.

I have and use fender flats very nice and an excellent price if you shop around, Amazon sometimes do them for £15. But for me, LaBella's just have that nice bottom end that the fenders lack a little (to my ears anyway).

5. got mine from here a few months back £38 including next day delivery

Try this http://www.thegearpage.net/board/archive/index.php/t-974940.html lots of links in the thread. The one I did was about 32 years ago!!! and I just put wood filler in the gaps (it ws only a 67 fender Jazz - but those days there was no value in "old" guitars).

Hi yepmop,

how did it go? It seems to be the closest one to Salisbury.

.
Very good although I had to highten my action as it was too low for me as i like the vintage old school sound.

8. Not a true merge but the other night I was just tidying up "Are you gonna be my Girl" by Jet and I noticed that when the guitarist comes in on its own near the end (at 2:30) It sounds very much like "Rock Around the clock" by Bill Haley. So I've been practising it and it works a treat if you just do a few bars of it then return to the main song.

9. Membership sounds good to me (at a fiver), with say only members have access to the sale forum? could also have a tuition area that only members have access to or even tutorials on using DAW and such like?

Just some ideas
