I run the big muff on normal then infront of it I have an mxr di+ with a bass mid and treble boost and it still stays hidden

Not at all he uses a PowerStack and big muff tone wicker most the time on moderate settings, I just get lost in cymbals and guitar it's frustratin because I still feel and hear the bass just the fuzz in near non existent

Hello! Everytime I kick on my bass big muff with my band it absolutely disappears!! It's soo frustrating I was wondering if the bass fuzz deluxe by mxr sounds similar to the big muff and if it cuts through better?

What about the source audio bass envelope filter as well

Hello!! Ive finally finished my pedalboard and my effects set up but as those of you who know once you start you cant stop! haha anyways id love to be able to get those synthy bass drops and wobbles you find in dubstep (im not a dubstep lover, but i think it would be cool to recreate the sound). I looked around youtube and only found a few vids that suited what i wanted and even still they werent very good. Have you guys got any demos or videos or pictures of settings or experiances or anything for me? if so leave a comment id love to hear!

Hello! For sale is my ehx small stone phase shifter.

I previously bought this pedal broken and set to fix it, thats exactly what i did

I had to replace the dc jack and i had to re wire the power to go through wires to its destination rather than through the circuit as the trace on the circuit had been lifted a little however thankfully this has had absolutely no effect on any other part of the pedal and it works 100% now! i also added a white washer just to look cool haha. It also has the feet removed although they are included in the box and i have hoop velcro on the back if you like i can send some hook velcro with the pedal free if needed. A Battery is included over all condition isnt too bad and i do apologise, the soldering isnt the best im a noob haha but its done the job without any problems so alls good! Also in the photo it looks worse than it really is dont worry! aha

Yea I see what u mean the distortion can get a bit weak at higher settings but my main use for this was the eq and it's done me awesomely aha I love it and I use the distortion for stuff like overdrive for sort of arctic monkeys stuff and it works great for a bit of grit with a pick

I fully recommend checking one out definitely

I recently bought an mxr m80 for £95 brand new off a fellow basschater and wow am I happy! Within 5 minutes of plugging it in I found my perfect sound that I've been searching for ever since I started playing bass, I kid you not. The construction is absolutely second to none it's brilliant I can see it lasting a long long time. People said they've had problems with the battery compartment being cheap and Breaking well I purposely forced mine a bit and it's sturdy just like the one off a 105q bass wah and I've had no problems with either!

Now the eq on this is simple and effective, 3 knobs bass, mid, treble. It is great sounding and super easy to get a great/fantastic sound!! The colour switch is a thing of dreams, a bass and treble boost with a certain selected mid freq creates a perfect boost and punch with clarity that just blows me away! The distortion channel is not crap as I've heard many people say. It can go from tubey overdrive to blown out distortion that stays full and juicy no matter what. The combination of the eq and the distortion give a huge amount of different sounds to gain. This pedal can do so much in terms of finding YOUR sound. I personally find it a million times better than an eq with freq bands as mxr/Dunlop have used really great freq selections in this pedal and I adore them for that haha. I haven't had time to try out the di out but I'm sure it will be amazing.

Overall I have to say this pedal is a well constructed, great sounding and brilliantly put together pedal and i hope it will be with me for a long time and it truely sounds a hell of a lot better than any demo on the Internet and if you think any of the demos are good then go for it because it will only sound better in person.
