I've just had mail from Kenny's.
They've had mail from Fender.

They are getting them in early.

Mine should be with me
Monday or Tuesday :D :D :D

Great news - I'd be interested in seeing one of these in the flesh ;) .

Going to the Manchester gig tomorrow - can't chuffin' wait!

EDIT - what was the stage time please?, any support?

4. I’m not really geared up for recordings or videos, feel free to send me a PM and we can try and sort something out though (phone, skype ??)
I can say it is very versatile.
There are some clips up on Youtube.

Passively, options are with the neck J Pickup and MM Pickup and the blend pot - blend all the way to MM pickup and get a great Stingray sound.
You can then also coil tap the MM pickup into a more standard J bass set up of two single coil pickups.
Flick the active switch to active then also engages the OBP1 Pre amp for Bass & Treble (NOT standard if comparing against youtube clips).

5. Ibanez Roadgear 900 With Aguilar OBP-1 Pre Amp, SD Basslines Pickups.

You don't see many of these about and this one is in great condition too.

2005 (only in this spec, I believe there was a 2006 model that had no maple cap), has an upgraded Aguilar OBP-1 Pre Amp, but also still retaining the bypass switch for passive option.

This was the top of the range MIK Roadgear line in 2005.

Mahogany body with a lovely 1" thick maple cap.

USA made Seymour Duncan Bass lines MM and J pickups, made specifically for this Roadgear 900.
Preamp replaced and upgraded with an OBP-1 Pre Amp.
There is also a coil tap on the MM pickup for more versatility.
Quite Lakland esque body shape to me.

Specs:
RD4 neck
Maple Neck Material
Mahogany w/ Flamed Maple top Body
24/Medium frets
Bound Rosewood Finger Board
B400 bridge
Basslines Ibanez J4 Neck PU
Basslines Ibanez M4 Bridge PU
Abalone Dot Inlay

Can send more pics / details on request if required.

Price is £350 collected - £375 shipped next day in the UK.

I've never really thought about it too much - I just use the mobile version, and switch to full when I need it for other stuff.

Agreed - it was just a question on if people knew it was there as an option, especially on the "where are you based?" questions on for sale ads.
9 times out of 10 this can be seen on full version - so rather than asking the question and then awaiting a response, more often than not the answer can be found straight away by flicking over to full view.

7. The "Viewing On Mobile / where are you from" etc posts.

I see at the bottom of the each page on mobile view a button stating Full Version - can everybody see this?

Which then opens up more information on the members posts (admitted location not always on there - but more often that not it is)

Is it browser / device specific?
Must admit it's something that puzzles me.

8. Bought a Pre Amp off Frank,
Great item at a a great price - Frank was very patient while I dithered over options at the beginning of my search for a new pre.
Frank supplied lots of useful help and advice.
Would happily deal with again.
Thanks again Frank
