Just to clarify. I originally bought the neck and body unfinished and finished it naturally, then during a period of downtime between touring I got bored and decided to strip it back and refinish it transparent white, and never really got round to finishing it conpketly so the headstock face isn't finished and needs tidying up or just stripping it back and refinishing themselves. Hence suggesting it would be good for somebody wanting to do a project or just wants a cheap no fuss back up bass

Warmoth Jazz Bass body. Alder with flame maple top. Finished in transparent white. Routes for p/j or j/j pickups Warmoth Precision Bass neck. Maple with rosewood fingerboard. Clear finish with white headstock front. This was a project that I originally completed, then got bored with it and decided to refinish and never got to finishing the job or putting the bass back together. The warmoth parts are exceptional quality, same quality as fender USA if not better. Underneath that white finish is quite a nice flame maple top. This would be perfect for somebody to strip and refinish to make an excellent bass or just stick the extra parts needed on it for a cheap high quality back up bass for bar gigs or whatever. Tort pickguard routed for a p pickup included as well as neck plate and screws.

Set of 4 in-line Chrome Hipshot HB2 Machine Heads. Ideal for replacing the tuners on a Fender Bass or for a parts build bass. These were on a warmouth bass i Built a few years ago. I dismantled the bass some time ago to re-finish it and never actually got around to putting it back together.. or refinish it. So the tuners have been just in a draw not getting used. Aluminium Hipshot B Bridge finished in Chrome with mouting screws. Really high quality bridge, vast improvement on the standard fender bridge and retains a more subtle vintage look. Top loading only. Dimarzio Split P Pickup. Fantastic blade pickup that I had installed in a p bass that I didn't use much, pickup is in good condition and includes the box,instructions and pickup screws. Bit of blurb from the Dimarzio Website "Widen the sound of your gear with a Split P™ pickup. Each half of this unique double-blade P-style pickup is a complete humbucker. Split P™ pickups are EQ’d to expand the range of your bass by extending both low- and high-end response: a great way to get a broader contemporary sound from mid-rangy one-pickup-in-the-middle basses. For sale is my 1993/1994 MIJ Fender Precision in sunburst. I believe this was built in the Fujigen factory. Alder Body, Maple Neck, Rosewood Fingerboard. Has a really nice 3-tone sunburst finish with tort pick guard and the chrome ashtray bridge and pickup covers. The neck is very comfortable and not too wide/chunky as you'd expect for a p bass and plays exceptionally well, very smooth and fast. Tonally the bass sounds great, very punchy, clear and defined. Obviously the bass is 22/23 years old and so there has been some wear to the but considering the age the bass in very good condition. I've tried to show in the photos where there is some minor dents and around the neck pocket the bass has at some point been chipped slightly and touched up.... you can hardly notice it but think it's only right to mention it. The bass is also incredibly light, I'm not sure the exact weight but it's the lightest bass I own. Bass comes with an SKB hard case - the handle has come off the case, but i do still have the handle and could be re-attached if you wanted to do that. The bass looks, sounds and plays awesomely. I'm having a clear out as I have too many basses I never play and need the space.... and more importantly also I need to finance a ACG bass! Bass is in Cardiff. Welcome to try the bass out, as the bass comes with a hard case - shipping at buyers expense should be possible. After briefly using this for a few gigs this summer I've decided it's time to move this on and get some space in my hall way back! also need to fund an ACG build!
