  1. I went with the 2 seperate 1x12 cabs, "yeah" it sounds better with both, but it's great that I can grab just one, it'll fit in any car or any taxi. This is particularly usefull when going over a mates for a jam and beer session, you can even leave there too, as you still got one at home for playing through. :P

    Great statement, I had both and kept the Shuttle, the Streamliner was way too bottom endy for my liking so i'm still looking for an alternative to pair with the Shuttle. "Horses for courses"

  3. I love'em too, using the TI Jazz jobbies at the moment, tried Chromes first but prefer the TI's, the B is way better.

    I have a brand new 5-string set of 760FLB LaBella's waiting in the wings too, "just to try for the hell of it".

    If I don't like them, I'll stick with the lovely TI's, only downside I find with the TI's is the action needs to be a tad high to stop them buzzing but the low tension sort of compensates for this.

  4. Do you want to stay with this band or not, if you do? fight.
    If your thinking they are planning to stitch you up, why would you want to staying with them?

    Try to get to the bottom of what they are trying to achieve with that emaIL?, like some have already said, they may be trying to find out what YOU are planning to do or they may well be planning to boot you out? Find out before you act.

  5. If your curious, go try one because they certainly do feel "right" somehow. If you occasionally slide up the dusty end for the quick twiddle, then they are not so "right" and friendly. This just my impression though and with time I'm sure it can be adapted too????

    As for the B-string needing to be 37" scale or even 35", it's not necassary because a decent bass with the right set of strings on it can sound spot on at a paltry 34". I guess it's easier to make a "B" sound good at the longer scales and de-tuning becomes possible too?
