I have a 1989 musicman stingray and I have a musicman SUB bass but if I sold my stingray I could get stuff for the sub like a status graphite neck, a new finish crazy metallic sparkle finish(like the modulus flea bass) , some contours cut out and some other stuff done. The SUB is also way lighter than the stingray which is a plus. I just don't know, I really like my stingray but I just don't know if the little difference between the sub and the stingray is worth it because of the huge price difference between them and a graphite neck sure seems nice.
