  10. There in good condition. There's nothing on them that you'd complain about or see on a stage. Just the usual scuff of a belts marks. They really are lovely bass's.

  12. Hi All! I have a great MIA Precision with an S1 switch. After looking at all the worlds forums on this I thought I would run a few tests I ran it through Ableton Live and put on a spectrum analyser to see what going on. There's no doubt there a drop in level but I though what is the eq doing? Looking at the warm lows that are produced when the switch is off (out) they reduce when the switch is on (in) with boost in the highs. If your a slap player then it useful but there is a drop in the overall perceived sound and on the meters by about 4 to 5 db. If you had a booster pedal for when you switch it on then I'm sure the sound is useful live. I'll let you know how the S1 switch sounds at the next gig. Anyway, there's my t'pence a'penny for you.
  13. Hi All, I have two of these wonderful basses for sale. As we know they sound like MM plus lots of other great tones. You can gig these at any level. Live and studio engineers have all commented on how good these basses sound. The reason for sale? My hands seem to have got smaller with age! The necks are little to wide for me these days. I bought a Precision and the neck width should do me fine for another ten years! I would be happy to meet at any reasonable distance as I don't think posting is a good idea with instruments I'm sure you'll agree. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to answer them.
