1. Hi Gareth thank you for the advice, I will gladly follow them The B stands for something much more obvious than Belfast...
2. Too bright for my taste, ruins the woody old school sound of a decent P/JB.
3. Real denim... at least it will be soft to the touch.
4. 32" scale is fine as long as you play softly. I have a 34" JB tuned in BEAD with 110-50 strings so a 32" with a regular set of 5 strings should work. The only 32" 5 stringers that I know are made by Adamovic. Not the UK but you should definitely have a look at them, they're amazing basses.
5. Hi guys, I've been registered for a few months but only active in the marketplace area. I'd like to contribute to the forum from now on and this seems the way to start. I'm a Spanish bass player living currently in Belfast. I've been playing bass for 13 years now and had quite a decent amount of gear over the years. Currently my main bass is a P+J Fender Road Worn Jazz Bass tuned BEAD, a MarkBass SA450 head with a Nemesis 1x15" cabinet and lots, lots of pedals. If any of you are from Belfast I would be more than happy to meet, have some beers and jam (I also play a bit of guitar). Cheers!
6. Can't tell about the newer models, but I owned a SR500 8 years ago or so and the pickups and preamp were rather crappy. Not even close to the "real" Bartolini stuff.
7. Bought a pedal from him and came perfectly. Good communication all the time too. Thanks.

9. I've got one. It's not a real Ric but not so far away... VERY lightweight, fast neck and mid-focused sound. Stethically is not as cool as a real Ric but it's more practical since the bridge is the typical Fender style one that can be directly replaced with a Gotoh/BadAss/etc. Payed 550£ and I think it's worth every penny. 10. 2004 Fender American Precision 60th Anniversary Limited Edition for sale. Hardcase shows some wear and scratches because of its delicate finish (looks like metal but it's fabric). Price: 800€ (702.24£). No trades, buyer pays shipping costs from Spain. Pictures: I'm new on this board but I'm an admin at Guitarramania as InBaSsWeTruSt, the largest spanish guitar forum, you can ask for feedback there.
