Hi all, I'm probably going to regret this, but after 6 months of consistently choosing other basses with wooden necks, I've resigned to the fact that I should probably move this on to fund other musical endevours. This is the jazz bass version with 20 frets and the default fingerboard radius. This build quality on these are amazing, they feel amazing to play and the fretwork is great. The neck is in great condition, there are a few minor scuffs around the neck pocket from where it was installed (see pics). The neck holes were drilled and tapped by a professional luthier, and fit the standard 4 hole Fender pattern (I've had this on two jazz basses with no issues). More information can be found here: https://klosguitars.com/products/carbon-fiber-bass-neck I've installed hipshot ultralite tuners as I prefer the look of the clover peg heads, this also saves some weight over the stock Klos tuners (around 10g per tuner). I can include the original tuners if you wish. Comes with the original installation tools/screws, and a spare set of slightly longer neck screws that I bought as I was worried about the supplied ones not giving enough thread engagement in the neck - this turned out not to be a problem on the two jazz basses it's been installed on. I'm selling this lovely jazz neck from Northwest Guitars, specificly this one https://northwestguitars.co.uk/products/4-string-jazz-bass-compatible-neck-jb06. These are great necks and really surprised me for the price, they have a lovely slim profile and no sharp fret ends. The truss rod works as it should. Comes with Northwest's own vintage style tuners and string tree. The only 'issue' is that when I tried to install the string tree, both of the provided screws snapped, as they're apparently made from cheese. I couldn't get the snapped part out of the neck so I installed the retainer elsewhere (see photos) I'm looking for £80 collected from Leeds, or add an extra £5 for UK postage.

I've just taken one apart and unfortunately it can't be reversed - the main housing isn't symetrical so there's no way the shaft will fit in the other side. Sorry to get your hopes up!

Officially no, but a search tells me some people over on Talkbass have reversed them with no problems, depending on how handy you're feeling

Hi all, I'm looking to sell my Ibanez EHB1005 in matte black. It's served me very well over the last few years, very lightweight (3.5Kg) and resonant, smooth fast neck and sounds fab in active and passive mode. The figuring on the fingerboard is fabulous on this example! Multi-scale 35 to 33" Adjustable string spacing Comes with original strap locks Ramp is removable Recently had a pro setup Some minor polishing of the matt finish, I've tried to show this in the pics. Otherwise, it's in very good condition and couldn't find a mark on it worth mentioning.
