2. Excellent transaction with Dan. Top seller! Cheers.
3. [s]Putting the feelers out for my Lakland 44-60. Black with aged white plate, maple neck, Lakland passive pickups x 2. Absolutely immaculate. Bought new from Guitar Guitar and never gigged. I'll upload some pics soon : )[/s] Hanging onto this Bass for now
4. Thanks very much for the advice guys. I'll probably opt for an Ashdown or Peavey pre-amp as there are some good deals going at the moment. I hope I reap the benefits from changing my set up this way. At the moment I have a 550w head and an 800w cab. Changing to the 1000w pre-amp should hopefully work out ok.
5. Cool. I think I just like the assurance that I couldn't drive the cab too hard. Could you recommend any reasonably priced power amps? Thanks for the advice.
6. Hey I'm looking for a little bit of advice. I'm looking to buy a Sansamp RBI to use as a preamp alongside a power amp which will be connected straight to a cab. The only thing i'm finding is that most power amps tend to be 1000w+ which a standard 410 cab rated around 500w wouldn't be able to handle. Any advice on this? Much appreciated.

8. Quite possibly. What are you selling? I'm looking for a Sansamp RBI or an Ampeg 410.
9. Hey For sale is my GK 410RBH. The cab has been regularly gigged and has the odd battle scar but is in perfect working order. Also has a broken spring in one of the handles, doesn't snap back as expected. Otherwise superb! Great sounding cab, having to sell to downsize. I'm based in Newcastle & will upload photos soon. Cheers : )
10. Bass no longer for sale! Cheers.
11. Bass no longer for sale! Cheers.
12. Cheers guys! I would consider trades but only for Lakeland JO/Fender Jazz/Sandberg JM Basses
13. Hey I've decided to part with my Warwick Thumb 4 string bolt on. This bass is in fantastic condition aside from a little chip in the fretboard as seen on the pic. This does not interfere with playing whatsoever and is simply aesthetic. The thumb was manufactured in 2004 with the following specs: Natural Oil finish Ovangkol body Ovangkol neck Black hardware This bass really does sound fantastic and I am sad to part with it. I'm looking for £700 including P&P and a Warwick hard case. The hard case is quite worn. If P&P is required a bank transfer would be ideal. I can supply previous feedback from my past experience on basschat. I'm based in Gateshead. Thanks for looking, James
14. I'm not looking to part exchange unfortunately as i'd like to shop around for a bit before making a decision on my next amp. Thanks for the offer though The cab is now priced at £450 ono. Cheers!
15. Just bought a compressor pedal from Dan. Fantastic communication, fast delivery and a genuinely nice guy! Cheers Dan, James
