    not sure I like Chromes on my L1000... do I not like Chromes or not like flats?

      I like flats but I don't like Chromes :) TI Jazz flats have a bit more bite to them.

      the chromes seem to just be a bit... meh.. made a very good bass sound ordinary
      @Clarky is selling a set of the TIs... tempted.

      TIs have much more mids to their tone BUT they are low tension and thats not to everyone's taste
