1. Shoey just bought my Hiwatt head. Drove up to mine and tried it out over a cuppa.
Lovely bloke, great taste in amplification! :D

Very smooth and easy transaction, job's a good'n.

Cheers!

2. Ah yes you're absolutely right. I just copied and pasted the info from an online source (can't remember where but it looked like good info).
Anyway, they are indeed 'Partridge designed', as quoted here: http://www.hiwatt.co.uk/prod_details.aspx?pid=52&cid=12

3. Hi again Keith. No worries, you can't delete a topic - only moderators can do that - which is why we edit existing ones.
If you hit Edit at the bottom of the first post in a topic, and then choose 'Use Full Editor', you can edit the topic title and all that good stuff. Might be an idea to do this with your defunct topics and append the titles with WITHDRAWN or whatever. Then people know to ignore them and they'll just sink to the bottom of the forum.

Anyway, I'm scratching my head as we speak, trying to figure out a way of affording the Milan. PM on its way soon... ;-)

Cheers, Stuee.

4. I'm Stuee, pleased to meet you :)

Keith, what is going on here? You have posted this bass in four separate and simultaneous topics, three of them this month and twice on the same day - with pics, without pics, and with 3 different prices.

I, for one, am confused!

I am also intrigued though. I used to use a natural one of these almost exclusively, and was very sad to have to let it go. I haven't found another bass with the same growl and mix presence since. But I have just bought a new TV and the car needs an MOT next month :(

How much do you actually want for it?

5. Just bought a tele from this gentleman, who made everything very smooth and easy.

An absolute pleasure to deal with, trusting and trustworthy, highly recommended.

Stuee very happy, thanks! :)

6. I found 1 retailer who is stocking these in UK: http://www.emslonline.co.uk/Musical-Instruments/Guitar-Accessories/Cleaning/Rotosound-Bass-Guitar-String-Cleaner/prod_2038.html

£14.95

Looks nice & compact so would slip in the compartment in your bass case, & easy to give your strings a quick wipe off after a show when there's often very little time to be faffing about.

Bit 'spensive though :/
