  1. The sale fell through unfortunately ☹️ So back up,at a come and buy my price of £950 ono price, which for this quality is a an out and out bargain!!!😀 please message with any questions..Thanks

Hi Folks.Having a re-edit on this to hopefully stir up some interest..plus a few corrections..sorry!

This is a CB Ball lined fretless bass dating back to 2009. www.cbbasses.com  Purchased from www.thelowend.net..you can find more info in Thier sold bass thread under CB basses.

It is a 32 inch (medium scale) Ebony nut 1.5 inch.Width at 24th position 2.625 inch and corrected weight 8.2 lbs not as previously stated 12lbs!!!!

It features a beautiful Blood wood top and headstock veneer..2 piece mahogany core..stunning walnut back..slim and fast maple and wenge neck..beautiful accent veneers at neck (see photos) and a lined ebony fretless board..in excellent condition..position dots are on the notes....Finished in a tung oil/resin..

It has a hipshot bridge and ultralight tuners..Nordstrand SE's pickups encased in ebony pick up covers..lovely touch this.A removable ebony ramp between pickups..ebony control knobs are volume/pan/tone passive..

For disclosure..the neck had a small shrinkage split by the E string near the nut, that was professionally repaired by Jon Shuker..no movement whatsoever in 7 years..Jon said very common on ebony and maple necks..Was not a problem then and now, and does not affect the integrity of this wonderful bass..There are a few light marks on the upper edge (see photo) but overall in excellent condition...

I am selling because This beautiful unique bass needs played..I look at it,and admire it..but in reality I am not a fretless player!! This will make someone very happy I have no doubt..The medium scale makes it a breeze for playing..Oh yes and sounds amazing too!! Can courier..

In terms of build quality. This is comparable to my Sei Flamboyant bass, and that is saying a lot! Wonderful luthier skills in this beauty!!!

No trades please.. but open to offers (money) lol.You never know..👊😀

  2. Putting this in context folks. An as new Foldera, for only £2k!! I say only £2k yes that's a lot of money to anyone, especially in the current situation of global financial meltdown..Cracking looking bass this..Would love to justify buying this..but alas in these times..GLWTS:hi:Somebody who can buy, will be very happy with this.....

  3. I have been fortunate to own a Vigier Series11 passion bass, and am a current owner for the last ten years of a Vigier passion 111..Both truly wonderful instruments. In my honest opinion. much better than the series IV bolt on Arpege with the all singing and dancing Glockenklang preamp I had briefly.I will hasten to add it took me about 15 years to find the passion 111 bass!!! They don't come up that often and the series 11 basses less.Patrice Vigier made and makes superlative basses and once you dial in your sound you won't look back..On the Warwick front..I have owned a 1990 thumb 4 bass which was a truly fantastic bass (why did I sell it) then bought a 1998 thumb which was total pants!!
