  2. Open to sensible Offers.Don't be shy!:D

This wonderful bass needs to sell and find a new home. The glow in the dark dot markers on the fingerboard at the 7th,12th,19th fret are stickers which are removable leaving no residue.ps will come with an old but very well padded Ritter deluxe gig bag...

  3. Up for Sale only,is this lovely one of a kind Eve bass guitar.Hand built, carved and crafted by Douglas Mullen

of Eve Guitars,Scotland. This bass is the prototype of his Eve Probass range. The bass has a very sleek body profile.(Carl Thompsonesque!!l) a wonderful slim profile neck which is a breeze to play on.

It has a Kent Armstrong pickup and upgraded Eve two band eq.Details of woods etc are on the bass desciption details page in the picture, provided by Douglas.

This bass is ungigged and in very good condition (slight mark on headstock, see pic)

I first saw and played this bass in Red dog Music in Edinburgh in 2012 but could not afford it then  @ £1250...........

    So a real bargain here..

    Any questiosns please ask...

    Happy to courier.

  4. Fellow CB Bass owner.....I can only vouch for Cliff's amazing attention to detail and wonderful craftsmanship.

I own a medium scale (32) fretless which is a joy to play, as I am sure this stunning looking bass is.Best of luck with the sale, at a give away price, for this quality!!!

  5. I remember in the year 2000 buying a Wal mk1 fretless (defretted bass) for the nominal sum of £400 of a bassist in Kirkcaldy.I do remember seeing this bass sell on ebay for the princely sum of £3000 four years ago, cest la vie.I loved the pickups and the eq on the bass but after that it was the weight of a sherman tank
and sorry to say in my opinion had no great playability(can see bassist's up and down the country hackles rise at this) sorry lads and lassies just my opinion (35 years bass playing later)I have no regrets or sour grapes on this(seriously) but just do not know why people find these handbuilt basses a must own bass.Sei,GB,Status,Eve all IMHO make more
    (A) beautiful looking instruments and (B)
More playable ones.I was wanting to know whether any of you bass chatters have a similar expierience of selling a prized bass (alledgedly) for a nominal price?

Sorry to the good people at Wal and for upsetting the bass gods
