1.
Does your Vintage have a P type scratch plate or just a P pickup shaped hole in he body? If it's the latter, you'd be best to avoid the type of pickups with the larger metal base plate, as it won't fit in the hole.
Cheers for the replies guys.. It's got a p bass style scratch plate, yes. Might be an idea to measure up and check the size with pups I want..? Looking at getting a fender 62 set. Tom
 2. Yo!! Was just clearing out my old room at my dads house and came across a p bass body which was made by Vintage. I don't have any pickups for it so was going to buy some and have a little project build.. What I want to know is, are all p bass pickups a standard size or are they all different? I want to be wiring up some fender pups to it. Any help will be appreciate Tom

 13. Iv seen the amp go for £550 on GumTree recently. Id let the whole rack go for £600. I will point out, on the top of the rack there is black marker pen thats gone over some writing that the singer did in my old band, idiot! If any one is interested in the cab on its own, Id take £300. Tom
 14. SOLD! Downing sizing my rig as I'm no longer gigging and this is going to waste! The following: Ampeg SVT 6 Pro racked in a 6U rack case with a Fender RT 1000 tuner and a Phonic PPC 8000e power conditioner. All been racked in the case since Iv had them and not left it since. Iv gigged and used them for practise for my old band for around 6months solid. Amp works perfect, as does everything else. Valves are all in good working order in the amp too. Ampeg SVT 4X10HLF Classic cab - Bought it off here a year or two ago. It has some rips and dings but nothing stopping it from working. Such an amazing sounding cab. And the bass it gave out was great for a 4X10 compared to other I have owned.
