1. I'm back after a long break away. Can never remember if deefer, or deefer_dog is the proper account for here, oh well. Here's my P, Squier with Seymour Duncan Basslines, black guard, and black headstock. Credit to the guy I got it off (Traded a Warwick RB streamer 4 for it ) for doing the work. I need to get a p-bass decal though. Sorry for potato quality, but it's a phone pic.
 2. Here they are, complete with towel drying on the rad.... Will be changing PUPs on the stellah. While the mids and highs are excellent, the lows aren't all that good, even after setting it up and raising PUPs. Still sounds lovely, if just lacking a bit of low end power!
 3.
Two cans, let it dry for a couple of weeks then flat sand and polish. Job done.
That's the plan, except I just have one big can rather than two small ones. Looking forward to getting the finished product tomorrow. I'll be doing the next one myself!
 4.
get a clear perspex guard! that would look cool and protect some of the painting.
That's the plan for just around the PUP...... Getting a smooth lacquer coat will be the hard bit!
 5. Just saw that bass and had to comment, I have the same one. Lovely bass to play, nice sound too. Nice and punchy. I have never seen anybody else with one. My neck seems a tiny bit warped in one or two places ( The strings buzz off the frets ) So I have it de-strung, and will get at the truss rod. I was thinking of sanding it down past the stain and clear coating it.
