Well, the fact I am here again shows you that I am still tempted 😉

Could you please confirm that the pickup is indeed a SD Quarter Pounder? I zoomed in one of the photos and I think the quarter pounder has bigger pole pieces. Yours looks more like a vintage P or the Hot P. I could be wrong though.

As above,  a Made in Mexico   Fender Precision in Candy Apple Red with a maple neck.  This is a 2014 model with a high mass bridge.  It has Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounders fitted.  It has one small scratch on the back and a couple of extra screws where the original owner had fitted pup and bridge covers which I don't have.  One small scratch on the back which I have pictured. Other than that   it's in pristine condition.  Comes with a new gig bag

Will post in the UK only.  Price to be confirmed.

  3. Just received a Honer B2A from  Michael. I am stunned by the immaculate condition of the bass and what a well packed parcel. It was a really smooth transition and a real pleasure to deal with him.  Highly recommended.

Possibly silly question: at a Bash, do people play each other's basses? It won't bother me, since I have a cheap bass, but if I brought a Fodera along, I would be paranoid about belt buckles etc. One major reason why I'm hoping to attend is to see and possibly try a variety of instruments, since the music shops here are not great at the best of times.

Every Bass Bash i've been to, everyone is happy to try out every bass there and everyone treats every one's bass with respect. I might have used every a bit much but everyone is very respectful of everyones gear.

You’re 100% right, I really wouldn’t be able to. I’m fortunate to have re-purchased a couple of selling regrets, but this one feels beyond fortunate tbh 👍

Brilliant. I wish I could find my old "75 P bass but I doubt if I could lift it up these days. Sounded wonderful but at 11 pounds, it would break my back now.

    I’m out 😋

After many years fantasising about getting back my old StingRay, I saw it on eBay and just won it back.

Huge sentimental value, bought as an 18 year old and was my first proper bass, used for 12 years with loads of good memories. Sadly sold in 2009 when I was having a hard time and made one or two bad decisions.

I hoped to last the year in abstinence, but couldn’t be happier now 😁😁😁

That is so cool. Don't let it go again.
