Hi all Moving this on as I’m realising I’m just not really a PJ guy. Awesome, really well made bass, that I’ve had since new and made quite a lot of modifications too: - New tort pickguard, original included - Noll preamp imported from the states, vol/blend, bass/treble, dual passive tone control - Saddles swapped to quality slotted ones for vintage look and more control over string spacing - Battery box installed - Delano Hum Cancelling bridge pickup The upgrades add up to about the same price as the bass I think! There Is some play wear on the body, some buckle rash and a mark on the front but nothing major. weight approx 4.1kg Have a box so can post or pickup from Chessington or Central London.

Hi all Got a couple of basses I’ve been meaning to list for a while, here’s the first. Brilliant bass, perfect B string, just not sonically where I’m finding I want to be at the moment: Body Wood: Alder Body Color: Altrosa (custom Color) High Gloss Neck Wood: Birdseye Roasted Maple Fretboard Wood: Roasted Birdseye Maple Scale: 34", 5-String Pickups: 1 delano JMVC, 1 delano MCFE/PU split Preamp: John East J Retro Deluxe, passive tone control Special: Aged Nickel Hardware, Black Block Inlays, Matching Headstock Gig bag: Included Weighing in at just 4kg is super light with a very comfy fast neck. The custom colour, altrosa, is even more stunning in person. I upgraded the preamp to a J Retro deluxe which gives more versatility and can really fatten up the sound in a way that the original preamp couldn’t. It originally came with gold hardware which I can include for the buyer if paying the full price. A few of minor dings to the nitro and one scratch on the back of the upper horn but in great condition. It’s a great bass so won’t be unhappy if it doesn’t sell. It’s currently being used at a theatre in London so in no rush. comes with Sandberg gig bag. Pickup possible from Chessington or central London. Will also ship. Any questions let me know Thanks Dan

Hi all Now £550! It’s a wicked P bass that I’ve had for quite a while, fully Japanese early 90s (Fujigen) made. Weighs in at only 3.6kg. The neck is from a PB-62US, with the big reverse tuners, dark rosewood board and 60s logo. There’s a bit of a flame to the maple on certain lights. 44mm nut. The body is from a Squier Silver Series Precision Bass SPB33 (stamped in the neck pocket). These are great basses which I have another of. I believe electronics and pickup are original, the tone control is great, lots of options across the range rather than just on/off that you often get. Condition: Body, pretty worn and some chips to the finish, you can see some lines where the 3pc body joins together in certain lights. It’s looks great and has a nice genuine ‘relic’ vibe to it. The pickup poles and screws have a bit of rust on them but nothing that affects the sound Neck: Probably better condition than the body, lots of minor dents and dings but fair condition for a 30+ year old neck. The PB62US P Basses go for £1000+ and the silver series squiers look to be around £500 so I’m starting this at £650 but open to offers - a chance to get a great workhorse P bass with a high end Japanese neck for much cheaper than you otherwise would. Any questions, give me a shout. Shipping possible but collection preferred from Chessington or Central London. Thanks Dan

Squier PJ Bass Body (very light!) - *SOLD*

Bought this for a project which never got done. its a Squier PJ body weighing only 1.8kg. In a nice Inca silver/gold finish. there appears to be two sets of bridge holes, I wonder whether one was a factory alignment error…either way, the holes are in the correct place and the ‘extras’ are covered by a standard bridge. looking to get something near what I paid for it which is £70. Will ship at my cost. Can chuck in the pickguard for an extra £10. Thanks

Time for a bit of a clear out. This is a mono dual gig bag, great case but I’m not using it at the moment. I would describe it as ‘tired but functional’. This has seen a lot of gigs hence the low price. All zips work as they should. Please note one of the ‘tick’ attachments is broken but could probably be sewn back on if you have the skills! pickup preferred from Chessington or central London. Could potentially bag up and post too. Some photos of condition but for any specifics, do ask.
