*Edited to correct, it’s MKi not MKii* Hi all Moving on my Octabvre MK1 as I needed space on my board so now have the mini version. This is what some people are calling the ‘holy grail’ one - it’s certainly very good at being an OC2 but also a very cool synth sound. All works as it should although some of the print on the front is starting to wear off. The cheapest I can find one online is £700+ and the bass gallery has one at £800 so hopefully price seems more than fair. I will also include RM special delivery in the price. Any questions - just shout. thanks dan

Barely used, sounds great, just returning my bass to stock. See Johns website for more info. Will include a battery clip too (not pictured). When the kids are centred it mimics the original 3 band sound but you have the extra versatility of a mid control. Also selling a Delano MM5 pickup, happy to do a deal if you want both. Thanks

It’s a vintage jazz bass thing as far as I know, there will be people on here that can answer in more detail than me but… I think it started as a cost saving measure in the 60s to avoid drilling an extra channel to ground the bridge and then has become more of a vintage correct thing - something along those lines anyway!

Price dropped to £450 Hi all Continuing a bit of a clear out. Next up is this lovely Silver Series Squier PJ from the fujigen plant in the early 90s. Only selling as I have two of them. This one has had a Bartolini bridge pickup fitted, the jack socket has been moved to the side and a blend pot added. The controls are in the order vol/tone/blend. It’s also been fully shielded with gold foil. All work professionally by Gary Chandler Honor in Denmark Street. If you aren’t familiar Gary used to work with Stairway to Kevin and more recently worked as tech on ABBA Voyage amongst other gigs. The bridge has been replaced with a relicd Gotoh slotted saddle one, I might still have the original if you want it included. There are general age related dents and dings but nothing major. Any big circular marks in the photos are just light reflections. Also worth noting, the nut has a slight gap under it on one side. This doesn’t affect action or playability at all (and could be easily changed if you wished) but wanted to mention for transparency. pics below, any questions give me a shout. Pickup from Chessington or central London, shipping also possible. Thanks Dan
