1. Thanks for the replies here guys, he's bought the bass and seems quite happy with it. I had a go myself, and yes quite like the neck..not sure about the EMC pickups though.
 2.
It looks a little like a Warwick Corvette.
I think it's supposed to be a ripoff, he was saying something about it. He wants to know if these are good in terms of tonality, slapping make etc
 3. So a friend might be getting this for christmas. He wanted to know if this is any good? These are out of production, so not much info about these out there. Don't even know what model it is except it's a Tanglewood Warrior.
 4. Yeah, especially since I'm getting a p bass for much lesser. Thanks guys..
 5. erm, Link's right I think.. The question was, if the bass is in good condition, would it be worth 140 quid?
 6. Hi there, I was wondering if 140 is a fair price to pay for this bass (second hand) http://www.gear4music.com/Guitar-and-Bass/...tique-Burst/8ZL what do you think? Sorry if this is the wrong forum, admins feel free to move it to the appropriate one.
 7.
I bought MCW's jazz bass. Fantastic guy to deal with. A real pleasure.
Kudos
 8.
wish I saw this earlier, I'm in Leeds
If you'd just searched facebook..it was on there for quite some time before it came on here. Yeah, I wasn't fully sure of selling it which is why it was on there.
 9.
My son (LWTAIT on here) used to own this, I think between neepheid and the OP. It has standard (unaltered) Barts fitted. Its actually a cracking bass, and £80 is silly money! The Barts and pre-amp are worth that alone!
Yep, that's that one..I wasn't looking to make any money off this, just wanted it to go to a good house since i can't keep it anymore. It served me well though!
 10.
PMed. Feed my jazz bass fever.
Heh, replied.
 11. I've bought this bass last year from basschat, and think it's appropriate giving it away here. Selling the bass since I'm moving out of the country and have my own bass back home. Details: It's a made in Korea Fender Squire with modded Bartolini pickups and on-board preamp. The Bartolinis do give it a nice warm sound, along with the pre-amp. Works perfectly well, might just need a new set of strings is all. Other than that, one of the volume knob's a bit loose, nothing affecting the playability of the bass. It's served me well over the year and would want it to go to a good home. I'm not particularly picky about the price - bass goes to the first pm offering £80 for her. Just lemme know if you'd like some more pictures. P.S: Postage will be buyer's preference. Merry Christmas!
 12.
PM returned!
