what a great band they were, im not one to take sides on the Gabriel/Collins hate, just listen and love the music for what it is , jealous that you saw that gig, would of been a blinder!!!
-
Just wow! I love all the eras of genesis (Gabriel and Collins), so sad how I never got to see them in concert, I guess the dvds will have to do

To me L42 will always be boon, phil, mark and mike, i was shocked when the goulds left but after
reading loads on it i understood why and you have to hand it them for sticking to there morals
when the potential for them was huge,
Phil and boon are great song writer's and penned alot of the early songs infact you can still hear these L42 qualities on phil's solo cd watertight. and also boons tin man and love kills overtime.
if you read this mark (as im sure you will ) and to boon phil and mike, can we have another cd
as the orig line up getting back to what you know you did best... Britfunk. comon its about time,
lets have it.

lovely bass dude a cheap way to get that jaco sound

hi guys, looking to start getting out there again, pretty much willing to play anything to get in a band situation, as long as its not TOO heavy! Have enough bass gear to be gigging with and can play a variety of different styles! I also pick up basslines quickly so that's a good thing I guess, let me know if you know anyone needing someone! Im based in rugby by the way!

Oh man this is very sad news! Loved the Clarke/duke stuff. Rip dude
