1. Greetings all, Having a bit of a gear clear out and up for grabs is me recently acquired Squier Vintage Modified P Bass V in Olympic White.

I bought this bass new from Gamlins Music shop here in Cardiff in January of this year as a back up gigging bass for the band I was playing in until recently (we split up this week) and is now surplus to requirement. The bass itself is in near mint condition, I've used it twice in practice and besides that it hasn't left my bedroom.

I Have modified it slightly by swapping the original tort pickguard out for a white one as seen in the picture. The tort guard will be included in the sale. Other than that the bass is totally stock.

The asking price is £180 for this one as the bass is still relatively new, plus £10 for shipping.

I am looking for trades, preferably a 4 string jazz bass of some description but I am open to other trade options.

Any questions please feel free to ask.

Cheer!!

3. Hello there
For Sale I have my 2003 Fender Marcus Miller 4 string Jazz. This bass is one of the older Crafted in Japan models of the early 2000's. I've owned it since new when I bought it back in 2006 and it has served me well over the years. It has recently had an electronic upgrade consisting of a pair of Nordstrand NJ4 7.25 radius pickups to match the radius of the finger board. Original EQ system has been replaced with the John East Marcus Miller preamp. With the upgrade the tonal pallet this bass offers surpasses the original Fender electronics with class.

The bouncing Souls sticker is optional and can easily be removed

Also included in the sale is a Fender Tweed hard case made by G&G cases, the case itself is in great condition as it hasn't left the house since owning it.

I'm looking for £750 O.N.O for the lot, which considering the electronics come in over £350 themselves is a great price. Postage and packaging will also be included in the price, or collection from Cardiff if preferred.

Thanks for looking, any questions please feel free to ask!!!
Regards

Lloyd Griffiths

4. Yeah I am thinking of going down the jeannies route, but I'm not sure there still operating. I heard that the main guy who makes the pickguards had died.

I've had a go at creating my own template, found it difficult to get the spacing between the pickup routing and neck pocket accurate.
