What kind of... issues?
It all came out on TalkBass - seemed like the initial pedals had a number of issues with noise and simply weren't being built to the high standard expected (like cheap noisy power sections etc.). Now I do not know this from first hand experience so take it with a pinch of salt (especially as I've played with a FayeSing myself and loved everything about it), but it may be worth looking around on TB first for reviews before you dump a shedload of cash on one.

That said, it looks incredible and if my actual experience is anything to go by it's going to be incredible!

Looks like a 1st gen Line6 floorboard to me. LINK

Well honestly that's what I thought it could have been, but his sig says all Ampeg so I was confused. I forgot you could use them with Pods etc. too.

  3. If you had TWO you could do this.

You set one to In 1, Out A Out B (and run your effects through A for example and leave B empty) and then run the second as In 1 In 2, Out A.

Thus you split your chain into A and B, with A effected and B clean, and then recombine it into one signal. You'd then use the level controls to change the wet/dry mix.

Basically it would be much easier to buy an LS-2 and use one of the mixing modes or a dedicated blender pedal (lots available on the market) than it would be to use these as obviously this method requires two pedals, not one.

Wow, indeed a very drunk designer..... Or maybe Nathan East thought this would be useful......

Definitely NOT designed to be a on a pedalboard, more likely stacked atop an amp, hence why the input jack is forward facing.

  5. Mini jack: http://www.thomann.d...cable_21_35.htm

    DC right-angle cables (set of 6): http://www.thomann.d...able_dc_set.htm

Thomann is a very reputable site, deal with confidence.

    EDIT: Garr beaten to it.

  6. The new Diago designs have been created for the exact purpose of addressing the short falls of George L/Lava solderless cables...so only time will tell if they have!

    what's the modelling DI function?
Ahh no I am wrong. I researched it a while ago and for some reason thought it had some kind of preset eq patterns which were selectable for the DI out - looks like I was confused with the tuning "Sweeteners". Apologies for that.

My board!!! And I would think that there aren't many quite as shockingly bad as this one :)
That Peterson tuner is a seriously nice piece of kit, as is your TC Compressor. If I was going to have a totally minimal set up I'd be very tempted by just using the Peterson on it's own, especially with the modelling DI stuff built in.

I was so tempted when I saw the final offers on his website. Looks great!
