  1. Hi guys another sale

This has served me very well on live and in studio

I'm sure you wonder why this is priced so low?

    so let me tell you...

I ve used this in studio running with superior drummer and  this thing for whoever know edk it's amazing

however the lcd comes and goes and it's an easy fix, very common with those drumsthere is a detailed video of it on YouTube and all you have to do is clean the ribbons but I'm an idiot when it comes to things like that and I rather someone else do it than me however the unit is amazing and works great

It also comes with a mapex hi hat stand

so you can have it as it for 800 or if I get it sorted gl sometimes after the weekend I will try and bump the price to £1000

I need a quick sell and that's why price is so low picture to follow

  2. I had 11 basses back in 2014

I liked having 11 basses but to be honest i raraly played them, so decided to sell them all and start from fresh

I only have 2 basses now

a fretless which should be on tge way soon and a fretted, now I'm sorted!

Fretless is my main instrument and play fretted  from time to time but I love to have tge option

one bass only I'm not sure

but a bass of different kind is what suits me the most

    1 fretless

    1 fretted

and a double bass if you play one

  3. I have (I think the earlier model) the ibanez sr756

I'm not sure it's the earlier model as I get confused when it comes to ibanez but I have to say its a very fine instrument

I have payed £550(literally as new asi bought it from a guitar player who wanted experiment with 6 string bass and then left it in its case) and this bass beats many and most expensive instruments I have played

only thing I would change would be the preamp (don't get me wrong, still sounds very very nice, just my preference)

I love the pj configuration on it and that's why I ve decided to go for it

Great instruments at a super affordable price

  4. I think shuker does build your bass course too and I'm sure they provide all parts

However course is around 1.5k thst if you ask me is a bargain

gou learn tge craft plus you keep the instrument

When wearing to the gate make sure you strap it on upside down so the bass points at the floor. if you stand correctly it just looks like a backpack, and even if they see it's a bass then it doesn't seem so bulky.

This sounds like a good idea

but now I only one one good bass and I'm scared I would get there and then they would ask me to put the bass in the hold

    I would probably don't fly

posting it is looking to be a solution and safer

The farmer then  told us that he had few more cars in his barn that he already sold, 1 was a jaguar e type sold for 5k to someone else 😩

I've had a bass safe and it was pretty good but I saw it launch like a missile out of baggage carousel which was a bit nerve racking. I just use proper flighcases now but they are very heavy.

Are they the molded ones? As usually the bass has plenty of space inside to rattle and move

  8. In my studio a ran a mac tower 5.1 6 core 3. 2 ghz and 64 gb ram

Plenty of very heavy session and some with 85 100 tracks and vst and not a problem at all, it run so smooth...

had it for 3 years and only replaced the psu £80.

if I want I can upgrade more ram.

very easy to dissamble if something goes wrong.

I also I have a mac pro 2016 and the login board has died after a year! Sended back (insurance) got a new one in 2017 now there is no sound even with tge headphones (no insurance) and now is good for the bin.

mac tower 5.1 I reccomend it to everyone powerful  and super reliable

You could get one for 500 600  pounds

A friend of mine who flies a lot with her basses uses one of those bass safe things. You put the instrument in a gig bag, and put that in the bass safe. It’s on wheels too.

It’s a good idea to put a couple of luggage straps around, to help prevent the case coming open.

    Thanks kev!

What you reckon for gig bag? Did you ever sell that mono?

    Wouos a mono fit?

Any experience with the gruv gear kapsule?

I’ve always used a Hiscox case. I wrap a towel around the neck to stop movement in the case and never had any problems.

Thank you! I had a bad experience and that's the main reason why......

one of my old basses fell of a certain height while they were loading luggages in the plane. we were all waiting to board and we saw all the scene by the window in the airport.

Bass was in a hard case and bubble wrapped but that didn't help very much as with the impact the case (locked) opened and bass flew out of it

thanks to bubble wrap managed to reduce damages but it still got badly damaged.

I hate this kind of videos, it's just torturing kids for the fame of a state.

Here, he has no feeling and is very often out of tune...

Poor kid, I'm really sorry for him. 😔

I have to agree with Tony here!!

I also think is exploitation to make some money over YouTube (nothing wrong with it) just not my kind of thing

I don't find it inspiring or not I'm amazed

also something dodgy with the video like he has been speed up, sound it's too  weird .

I ve done that when transcribing slowing down then speed it up etc and sounds exactly the same

  12. When I visited Enrico 8 years ago I had a chance to play few WT, that was my first time I ve played 9ne

since then I have owned many basses but my memory always goes back  to the few wt that I ve tried, the feeling, playability, comfort, sound, they all felt were part of my body

my initial Tought was... Well I can't afford a fodera so I'll get a wt

wrong!!! You don't buy a wt cause you can't afford a fodera, you buy it cause there a fabulous instruments

I wanted a custom build and I ve searched for ages different builders here in UK and abroad, prices for my specs quoted about 4.5k

with that money I could have bought almost any bass (second hand or new)

but decided to go for a wt cause since I ve played few fretted and fretlesses I ve sold and bought at least 30 basses trying to find something that felt anywhere near

    Ps

Only one  bass  I've played felt the same and that was my adamovic fbc solo

Kev I swear if this would have come up in 6 months time I would have bought it off you
