1. My mate plays bass in a small band, then I asked him the same question youve just asked, why bass? He just told me to go see him after school, and then he played a simple riff. It sounded epic, even though it was veryy basic. I think it was the entire simplicity of the sound that got me, obviously you can make it much harder for yourself, but I like the elemental properties of the bass. That and bass players are noteably well endowed, so I thought Id fit in well with you lot.
2. Interested? Very much so, managed to get my hands on an oly white the other day - very pretty. But with no job, I'm in no position. -_- Good luck with the sale (man, I hate having to say that!)
3.
Still on sale?
Ahh thats why this is up to the top again! Im afraid this beautiful instrument is no longer for sale, but is instead in my music room sorry Thanks again btw bassmanazz
4. As a 15 year old I can confidently say I've never gigged without being sober. Although I always try my best not to be - never goes down too great with management when we send our drummer to get the round in xD

10. I'm sorry to here it - simple solves are never common! Good luck with the hunt!!
11. Hmm.. I'd probably look for a straight trade for another bass or cash now.. I might change the OP
12.
If I'm not mistaken I owned this once! It's a great sounding bass and I'd be tempted to buy it back were I not funding a wedding in 5 weeks.
It sure is! So you'll know first hand how hard it is to give away, served me well these past months I must say!
13. Traded with bassmanAzz - Fantasic trade, very easy once some unavoidables were overcome! [s]Hi, The price of my 4 String Warwick Rockbass Corvette in Blue Stain is TRADED I will trade for another bass (give me PM and I'll take a gander!) or will part-ex for a jazz style hardcase, or will drop £5 off for some strap locks? Honestly, I'll trade for most things, drop me a PM and it will be thought through! Pick up only I'm afraid from the Chester/Flintshire area, PM me if you are interested. I have come to realize keeping my Corvette is just not the way to go. I love having the freedom of 24 frets but I am growing out of that phase and am sticking to just my Jag as it is more than enough for me! The bass comes as is, it has a few very minor dings and marks, some more apparent than others. None have chipped down to the wood but some paint work has been damaged slightly in places, no more than 5mm across I'd say in 1 or 2 places. On the left hand horn and by the controls I have noticed to be the main minor dings. I fitted it with new strings just over a month ago, and have given it a good clean and a new battery. My slight OCD has helped keep this bass in the same condition it was in when I bought it. The grain shows nicely through the blue stain, I was on the fence about the colour to begin with but fell in love at first sight! Should have thought to take pictures before making the thread.. I'll get some on soon if they are required - I have one and I'll use the stock picture too for now! [/s]

16. I was thinking of getting some neons recently, found a nice cheap set, but then though, hey, why don't I try some Red Devils and whack them on my Jag - and whatcha know - They look and are AWEESOME! My only problem is that because the coating isn't conductive the infamous Jag buzz popped on round but mysteriously disappeared when I took of the scratch plate for a gander. But yes, beautiful strings are the DRs.
17. Warwick rockbass corvette, I absolutely adore mine, slapable and a nice variety of tone. I can't find fault with it, and you can pick them up for £170 or there abouts. Some think they don't look amazing, but I disagree because it's comfortable and the blue and natural look very nice to me. Plus they don't just chew on their batteries, mine's quite reserved there, but roars when you plug it in.
