1. Hello Basschat, This is a public apology to all involved in this nightmare but especially to Reuel. Im sure most of you know what has happened. This is taking some balls for me to do so Im just going to say it. Im so ashamed of what I was doing. I want to get this all put right and get the bass to Reuel as soon as I can and make amends. Im feeling so horrible,so disgusted with myself that it will be on my conscience for what feels like the rest of my life. I have been laying awake at night having that feeling in the pit of my stomach for a good few months and it really is the worst. I was just digging a massive whole for myself and its very hard to climb out once your in. I am deeply sorry about trying to conseal myself and shut myself off. Its mad what your brain tells you when your desperate! Cannot begin to imagine how Reuel has been feeling. I cannot believe how strong this online community is and how willing the members are to help a fellow bass player. Really warms my heart to know you guys will always look out for one another. I have given all my personal details to Rob(Shockwave) who is acting as some sort of intermediary and I am going to send the bass within 1 week or have a contact of one the Warwick forum admin to collect it personally. I want to thank all who have helped Reuel and to help me get this all back to how it should. I hope this can be resolved with no hard feelings and I can be welcomed back into the community as its one of my favourite hobbies and really missed talking on basschat and the warwick bass forums. I hope these words sum up just how im feeling and we can put this behind us. Eternally sorry -Jake
2.
The headstock remark is equally valid for any of the pointier shapes; Buzzard Stryker Vampyre Could all do with ditching the "blob"...
I believe Warwick have ditched the "blob" on the Stryker and now its the same as the Buzzard headstock. Shame the Buzzard bolt-on has the blob. I own a Vampyre LTD and wish it had a buzzard style headstock. There is a bloke on the warwick forums who makes mockups of possible custom shop basses. He made a Photoshopped Vampyre with the buzzard headstock and I almost died! Was very tasty! And I need it but won't happen
3.
no one want this?
hi mate, wanna trade with my GK BLX410? The reason I ask is that I have no cash but I want a full Warwick set up! I have a Warwick Vampyre LTD going into a Warwick Protube IX then into a....GK. Need some more Warwick love Fancy it? Thanks -Jake

5. Im in need of a electric acoustic but have no cash. So up for trade is my beloved P Bass. Im guessing my P bass has a value of about £300? so any acoustics worth equal value is fair game to me. Pics below try to show knocks but they are hard to see. It has a hipshot roller bridge which I feel is better than the Badass series in terms of ease of use and sustain. It has a graphtech nut also which is a great improvement over the stock one. Its a great bass and will be missed. This also comes with a hiscox case included so that may up the value a bit. Bring on the electric acoustic guitars! Im based in Brighton, East Sussex -Jake
6. I own a protube IX and its the best head I have ever played through. Its such a beast and I highly recommend it!
7. 'tis a +4 from me That makes...*uses calculator*: 1274! Thats atleast 5096 Strings assuming all are 4 string bases which alot are not!!!

9. 2 and 3 are my favourite. From memory I think it goes it the order: 1.Pickup blend set in the middle using the both jazz pickups 2.Pickup blend is biased towards the bridge pickups about 75%, still using both jazz pickups 3.Pickup blend all the way to the neck pickup 4.Pickup blend all the way to the bridge using both jazz pickups 5.Pickup blend all the way to the bridge using one jazz pickup(the one closest to the bridge) Remember this is what I think I had it as when I was recording. You can tell what is pretty much from the tonal characteristics from each clip. number 4 is a great one but im not a huge fan of jazz bass pickups. Im a P man all the way and is the ONLY reason for the sale. I would love me a Warwick Stryker as it has a double P bass pickup. Same with the Warwick Buzzard, so if you have any of them, please give me a buzz Also would be interested in a Sadowsky P bass with a bridge Pickup or anything that is neck Pickup orientated.
10. As promised, here are a few rough soundclips. Recorded Flat on the EQ but pickup blend and the double jazz pickup at the bridge has been altered to show tonal versatility of the Warwick Vampyre. Recorded directly from the bass into the sound card and then into Cubase. Cheers
11. Up for sale is my Warwick Vampyre LTD. It is in excellent condition and comes with a Warwick Flightcase. I could rabbit on about how amazing it is but Ill let the pictures do the talkin' It is the best bass ive played for tapping and slapping and also has a "throaty" sound, and of course growling mids What im after is any of the following models in 4 or 5 string: Warwick Infinity Warwick Stryker Warwick Buzzard for sale at £1400
