1.
Hi Ross, If you will ship it to me in Denmark, I'll bite We are both in the EU, so no problems with customs etc etc... Cheers, Morten
PM'd
2. Hey guys, PRICE DROP -£780 delivered Gutted to be going through the motions of selling another beloved P-Bass, but due to money being too tight to mention right now I'm putting my Fender USA Hot-Rodded P-bass with EMG upgraded pickups, up for sale (which alone cost £130 before installation at a local music store!). In my opinion, the EMGs add a much more balanced, open and creamy sound, without sounding overly 'hifi' or modern (although crank the tone knob right up and you'll 'get there' if you crave a modern snarl!). The passive EMG pots are also amazingly quiet and even, a big improvement on Fender's factory setup! The original stock/vintage-wound pickups and pots shall be included in the sale, should you want to revert back to the original factory setup :-) Translucent Red (i'm sure Fender geeks out there can provide the exact finish name if desired ), with tortoiseshell pickguard. OHSC included. Total Pino Palladino vibe, which makes this even more of a reluctant sale... but due to being so skint, it's a must! Near-mint condition (just a few surface scratches). Jim Dunlop straplocks installed as well (can include the matching strap buttons too). Looking for £780 all in for an insured ship Cheers, Ross
3. Hey guys, As much as it pains me to do so.. up for sale is my Sansamp VT Bass pedal (bought from thebassman last year . It's 'insanely' versatile, ridiculous actually! From phat tubey tones to rabid snarling distortions, this badboy just won't stop! Using this in combination with a standard clean DI in the studio delivered phenomenal results for me (just email Iain Hutch owner of 'Glo-Worm Studios'.. he was blown away, and he's an analogue purist!). Subsonic skies and creamy oceans! Easily the best distortion pedal I've ever owned... but due to the fact I'm not using it enough, and I'm skint, I'm putting it up for sale for the tasty price of £100 delivered. Drop us a message if you're interested Cheers! Ross
4. Hey guys! Up for sale here is my 2003 Chrome Red USA P-Bass bought from a friend around 3 months ago. Thanks to endless car repair bills pouring in, times are getting tough and she has to go Originally, I assumed the finish was 'Candy Apple Red' but I know some users have referred to this as 'Chrome Red' due to the year of production (Chrome Red was popular/released 2003? correct me if i'm wrong naturally?!)? The bass has been gigged and has a few dings, the most notable being a big, juicy finish chip at the back (to this day my friend had no idea how he did it! mega belt buckle moment i think!) which, naturally, affects nothing tone/playability wise. I upgraded the original saddles with Graph Techs, however I still have the originals and will inc. them in the case. That, plus the fact this model is strung-through = SUSTAIN CITY! I also popped on some chrome Jim Dunlop straplocks too. The hardcase included is non-original but does the job required! The bass was also recently set up by Jimmy Moon of Moon Guitars, who was nothing short of complimentative from the moment he took her in for a trussrod adjustment I myself prefer P-Basses with dings/chips/character, but I'm aware it's a select taste for some! As a result, I'm listing this bass at £500 + £20 P&P for the cosmetic flaws To summarise? It's a light, growling, meat and potatoes USA P-Bass. Fin! Note: I'm out of the country until Monday night next week so forgive any late replies to PMs, although I'll try my best to grab wifi access when I can! Cheers Ross

7. Hey guys, Up for sale here is my fulltone Bass-Drive Mosfet pedal in very good condition (as can be seen by pic). I'm sure all you bass chatters know exactly what's on offer here; a fantastic, super-responsive, quality bass distortion pedal with tones ranging from '70s wool' to 'NIN snarl'! The only reason i'm selling is due to the fact this badboy is gathering dust now that 99% of my time is spent playing traditional or funk material (q-tron tastic!). Powered by one 9 volt battery (Duracell Procell included) or 9 volt power adaptor (not included) £100 + £5 postage via paypal or bank transfer. Cheers Ross p.s. please note that i'll be away from tomorrow (29th Dec) until the 2nd of Jan, so earliest postage will be 3rd of Jan

11. Hey Guys, I'm new to this forum but have been drooling over many a delicious bass over the past few months Anyways, it's with a heavy heart that i've decided to put my Sandberg JM4 Hardcore Aged Bass up for sale (inc. Sandberg softcase) Purely down to bills, bills, bills for the most part, and the fact that I can't part with my 'roadworn' musicman stingray as it's been through too many wars, hence the sentimental attachment! I know I don't need to rhyme off the facts about these basses here. I spent a month looking for and trying to obtain this bass as it was a nightmare to find a good deal in the UK (or a good finish!), that wasn't been listed at retail price (just over £1400 for the hardcore aged series). As soon as I A/B'd a JM4 with a jazz bass in my local music store I was blown away. To my ears, it sounds like a cross between a musicman and a precision when blended 70/30 on the pickup selection knob, a jazz on roids closer to the bridge and remarkably precision like closer to the neck.. an Amazing instrument. It really is a better bass than my musicman.. better build quality, easier to play and far more versatile.. but like I said, I can't sell the trusted old dear. Ok, so I purchased this new from a german music store called rockshop.de around 3 months ago new (ironic i know for the best deal they could offer which was £1269 + P&P. It's only been gigged a handful of times, in great condition (all be it a heavy relic!) and setup perfectly! I know the resale value on these bad boys isn't the best (god knows why as they're phenomenal instruments with a better build quality than any fender or musicman i've ever played) but I don't really want to part with it for any less than £850 + P&P. I know the market place for relic'd instruments isn't as prosperous as 'mint condition', but anyone interested in this beaut will no doubt be a 'beaten up fender/jaco nut' who craves a bass riddled with mojo It's by far the best relic job i've see on this line of sandbergs so far..probably due to the ideal finish, 3TSB. Anyways, drop us a PM if you're interested. I'll happily post to the UK (insured), but would prefer local pickup if possible as it doesn't come with a hardcase (Glasgow based, happy to do a wee jaunt e.g. Edinburgh or a half way meet as well). Please excuse the average quality mobile phone pics btw. As always, they really don't do the finish justice and I can happily borrow a digital camera if anyone fancies a more detailed swatch Cheers Ross
