dougie Posted July 4, 2010 Share Posted July 4, 2010 Hi all, Discovered your forums whilst googling for a switch id somehow broken on my T40,first class job guys,descent helpful members and well laid out and informative Anyway now ive kissed ass,im Dougie,a 45 yr old from Scotland who has always wanted to learn bass(usually when p****d listening to rock at volumes that make my neighbours want to sell up and my rottweiller attack me(serious!),finally got a Peavey T40 in respectable condition from a mate which ive learned is apparently a descent guitar,only thing i had to repair was change the input jack and apart from the odd mark here and there looks and sounds nice,due to the fact i cant play it lol it sits as an ornament but im trying......(eventually i intend to replace it with a nice modern bass which is lighter,never really appreciated anything old be it car,bike or women) Look forward to posting and joining in with you guys,again congrats on a superb forum.
