xilddx
I just had an idea while fitting a new PG to my new Squier Classic Vibe '50s Strat (yes, I know that's a guitar ) I had ordered a Fender '50s reissue PG for it with eight holes and although one middle hole was about an inch away from the Squier's, it all fit perfectly. Since it's usually guesswork (I've had nightmares in the past) with an older Fender, Jap, Mex, USA, different Squiers, vintage reissues, non-export, all the different models, etc. I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread on it. Maybe it could even be pinned if it works. I would suggest including the Fender Part number. I don't even own a Fender bass now!

I had a faff around with a squier p pickguard change which I eventually solved by getting a custom one done from thebassdoc.
