I just got a really well made wooden thumb rest from Guy at classic guitar boxes.
Very good value for the excellent craftsmanship, the wood feels great, but he does some crazy coloured plastic ones too.

Yeah, highly recommended company, I also am one of his clients I've bought a kingwood one for my P bass, a clear persplex transparent one for my Moo Jazz and a maple one for my 50's P bass.
