bigd1 Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 I have been given a set of JBL eon 15" passive speakers, very nice if they worked. For some reason, I take it an attempt at repair one of the 15" drivers has been cut out, just the cone bit. Does anybody know if this can be replaced, after having a look myself the fittings of this cone is not what I would call normal. Also and the real big question, would it be expensive to get sorted ? Might be worth looking at the cost of a replacement driver as well - sometimes the driver isn't much more than the cone and you don't have to spend time gluing the cone into place.
