krispn Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 (edited) Missed out on the GuitarGuitar Tech Amp sale a while back - was hoping to get a 500w 210 or 212 to replace my Ampeg 410HLN. It sounds first rate but it's a big f**ker and with a 6 piece band space is at a premium....... Im looking for suggestions for a good alternative. I play mostly rock in a 6 piece with up to 3 guitars and keys and also in a 3 piece punk/rock type thing so the ampeg does the sound I like but Im after a smaller package. ooh matron! Im running an aguilar pre so their cabs do appeal and would be a good match Im sure. Anyone else been in this boat recently? And what is the price for a US Ampeg 410 SVT Classic cab 2nd hand these days? Some views please folks.
