BassBus Posted December 18, 2009 Author Share Posted December 18, 2009 (edited) It's a slightly unusual combination I suppose but the Markbass cab really brings out the power in the Contra. Wednesday was the first time I had it out on a gig and the guys in the band just looked at it and though "too loud". Just because it's big doesn't mean it has to be loud. They weren't saying that at the end of the gig. The Status is great. Unfortunately the photo doesn't show the quality of the quilted maple face.
