As EHX bass pedals at the moment seem to be, "buy before you try", so I want to know that Im not wasting my time. Im not looking for the all out-fuzz fest of the bass big muff, but if you do have any comments on the muff, please drop on the thread. ase_one23 Posted October 22, 2009 Share Posted October 22, 2009 i'm a fan of the overdrive side of it, not as much the fuzz. if you're looking for a slightly less all-out pedal than the big muff may i suggest the little big muff - seriously underrated. The overdrive function matches you amp volume and has just enough dirt to offer a fat crunchy sound. The fuzz is not as good as some I have heard but does a reasonably aggressive rock fuzz... Very good for what it costs though. As already mentioned, if it's more a fuzz your after go for a muff.
