Delberthot Posted October 17, 2009 Share Posted October 17, 2009 (edited) after selling my Shuttle 6.0 & Schroeder cab, I found myself with enough cash to get myself a trace 1x15" V-type combo, flightcased 2103H Trace cab and this: I'm not entirely sure if is the amp the bass or both but I am loving this bass so much that my much talked about Warmoth gold bass should be touching down with its new owner in austria in the next couple of days. Yip, that good. I remember seeing a MIJ Fender of a similar age on here with chips in the paint exactly the same as mine. It plays absolutely fantastic. Feels really good after playing a jazz width neck for the past couple of years. I was toying with the idea of getting myself a 70s Precision or one of the new ones but am debating whether or not it will be that much better than this one. the action and playability of this one is phenomenal. anyhoo, tonight is the first time I will be out with the full setup so I'll take some pics and post them up later. I tried a fair few when I was over in Japan, some brand new and some about 10years old and every single one felt "right" so I dont think you can go far wrong with a jap precision! Enjoy it!
