Dr.Dave Posted August 4, 2009 Share Posted August 4, 2009 Just bought an Ampeg BA115T (with the tube pre-amp) to do small bar gigs with Dr B (fed up with lugging the rig into small venues) Got a good online deal with Sounds Live - they've quite a few discounts on Ampeg tackle but the stock's getting low. Good - warm , basic tone and enough volume for the job to be tackled. It's a little deep to be carried comfortably with the single strap handle so I might put side handles on it - plus the kickback is more like a flylandingonitback! Super sensetive. Not overkeen on the siting of the power socket either. Other than that - well happy. Anybody else got one?
