Thomastik JR344 jazz rounds - bought today! £40 LONDON

Bought these from StringsDirect for £69 to fit an old 70s Ric, which had previously been wearing TI jazz flats, as I wanted a little more bite to the sound. However, the super low tension (which is >10% lower than TI flats at 122 pounds) of the jazz rounds turns out to be too low to work with the peculiarities of the neck.

 

The A/D/G are unclipped and essentially mint, the E silk is slightly clipped (a couple of inches) but would have no problem fitting well on a 4 in line as well as a 2+2 headstock.

 

Enjoy my financial pain and grab these for £40 plus a few quid for post.

Would also trade for a very good condition/unused set of TI flats (as the existing set on my Ric are years old and a bit tatty at the silks due to removing and refitting many times)
