Long shaft potentiometer harness

Looking to replace the electrics on my yamaha rbx360, standard pots aren't long enough to fit through the body and tighten the nut in place. Pot(s) shaft is too short.

 

Anyone know where I can get a harness VVT which'll fit?

Have you checked if Bourns has suitable pots?
