The rounded "headstock" is so much easier on the eye than the standard square cut necks...

What is the scale lenght?

And what are those controll knobs? Is there passive tone which works in active mode also, like Fodera's have? And I think, that there is 3 band eq? Have those eq knobs only boost or cut and boost. And it comes with gigbag also?
