betown Posted Thursday at 09:17 Posted Thursday at 09:17 Hi guys, where can I find a gold anodized pickguard for the Fender Vintera II Bass VI? Person on the picture attached don't bother to reply to messages ... Looks like the Squier version of the pickguard don't fit. Thank you! Quote
JJMotown Posted Thursday at 10:22 Posted Thursday at 10:22 Looks like the pickguard is spray painted gold, not gold anodized. Quote
neepheid Posted Thursday at 10:46 Posted Thursday at 10:46 Get your stock one cloned. Either Brian Pillans (earlpilanz on eBay - https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/earlpilanz) or TinyTone - https://tinytone.co.uk/ will do this for you - you remove the pickguard from the bass, send the pickguard to them, they copy it in whatever material you want then send both of them back to you. 1 Quote

Tinytone will work 👌 this was done by tiny tone ...definitely send in the original to copy and for vinterra vi guards you need to ask for the screw holes to be added above and below the control plate because fender in their wisidom copied custom shop which has also got it wrong and missed them off from the original... squire has actually got it correct in this regard. I still need to add the screws themselves. Edited 4 hours ago by Musicman666 Quote
