70s JapCrap P copy, MIJ neckplate & the serial sticker on the headstock looks like Moridaira. This was most likely sold branded as Hohner or possibly Moridaira's own Morris brand. Some knob's sanded & filthed-up the neck to try & make it look old - these, like pretty much all Jap copies, had bomb-proof poly finishes which would never, ever wear like that.

Nice enough Jap copy but should never sell for more than £200 even in good original condition.
