La Bella short scale flats 45-105 unused - *SOLD* £40 Hope Valley

Paid £45.40 from bass direct this week, laid the E string against my Hofner short scale bass and it's not long enough as the silk got as far as half way across the first fret. 

 

"Short Scale Set: Distance from Ball-End to Silk is 32 1/4″; only the silk portion of the string should wrap around the tuning post"

 

E string has a kink in the silked section from my 'trying it for size', other strings not even uncoiled from the packaging.
