Strung with La Bella flats & sounds fatter than a P bass. Will be sad to see it go but I've got a rather large double bass shaped purchase coming up. My left forefinger is still pretty b*ggered from the accident but a bit better, thanks, and with physio I can at least play a bass in my usual agricultural style! Fretting in the lower positions is trickier, as I discovered when I bought a P bass and a J bass not so long ago, thinking I was on the mend - hence I think in the interests of expediency and life being too short, I am going back to mainly focus on short scale basses (plus my vintage Ric as it looks cool). 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
