I currently use Vic Firths but they are really toppy. I find wearing in ears for rehearsals a bit inconvenient and prefer headphones. My drummer really recommends these Ultraphones https://www.gk-music.com/product/ultraphones/ but once you factor in postage and duty etc they are quite expensive.
