For sale is my little used Kala U-Bass Mini Rumbler. Bought by me new in 2016 and used about 10 times in total since then!!

Hi there. Lovely looking little bass. I can’t find it on the web. What’s the difference between this and the U-bass? Also I can’t find a ‘mini’ rumbler. Is it a discontinued model? Thanks Andy.

Hi Andy. This is a U-Bass. It's an earlier model (2016) but basically it's one of these:

Is it strung with the 'rubber' strings? I couldn't tell from the photo. Not a deal breaker.

 

Also, with no back panel, like some other Kala UBasses, how do you restring it????!

Yes it has the original rubber strings. I've never restrung it but I believe you pass the string into the body and tie a knot. Probably a bit fiddly, hence the introduction of the mag plate on the newer models.
