3V17C Posted February 22, 2023 Share Posted February 22, 2023 So tail end of last year I finally got around to recording a bunch of my solo bass compositions to release as a full album. Then a whole bunch of personal stuff happened causing massive depression and lack of confidence resulting in me not promoting the album very much (hate doing that stuff anyway!) Getting back to my old self a bit more now so.... 'Smoke and Mirrors' is ten tracks of melodic, atmospheric and introspective solo bass compositions (although some tracks do have additional bass tracks so not strictly 'solo'?!) For some reason I recorded the whole thing using a Rickenbacker 4004 too! Anyways, please do check it out?!....
